Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement sets out the steps Ziptangle Limited has taken to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within any part of its business and supply chains. This statement is published in line with section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 2026.

About Ziptangle

Ziptangle is a Web3 company developing a range of blockchain enabled decentralised financial services. We use a combination of RWA's and tokenomic models to enable donor support to co-fund international development, humanitarian and social impact projects. We work with customers, partners, communities, suppliers and service providers to deliver our services in a responsible, ethical and transparent manner.

The commitments made in this statement apply to Ziptangle Limited and, where applicable, its subsidiaries and group entities.

Ziptangle's commitment to the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015

Ziptangle is committed to the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking.

We aim to act ethically, transparently and with integrity in all our business relationships. We are committed to ensuring that slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, child labour and human trafficking do not take place within our business or supply chain.

Ziptangle supports this commitment through a number of policies and processes, including:

Code of Conduct - Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected from everyone working for or on behalf of Ziptangle. It promotes ethical conduct, respect, accountability and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Whistleblowing and reporting concerns - Ziptangle encourages a culture of openness and accountability. Employees, contractors and other stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns about suspected wrongdoing, including any concerns relating to modern slavery, human trafficking or unethical conduct.

Supplier and third-party management - Ziptangle expects its suppliers, contractors and business partners to operate responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, including those relating to modern slavery and human trafficking. Where appropriate, we review our suppliers and third-party relationships to help ensure they meet the standards we expect.

Recruitment and employment practices - Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all individuals working for Ziptangle are legally entitled to work in the country in which they are engaged. We are committed to fair treatment, safe working conditions and protecting individuals from abuse, coercion or exploitation.

Ziptangle does not knowingly enter into business with any organisation that supports, facilitates or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, child labour or human trafficking.

Risks within our business and supply chain

Given the nature of Ziptangle's business operations, we consider the risk of modern slavery occurring within our direct business to be low.

Our supply chain primarily consists of professional services, technology providers, software vendors, infrastructure providers, consultants and other business service providers. These types of suppliers are generally considered lower risk compared with sectors that typically involve manual labour, complex subcontracting arrangements or high-risk geographies.

Nevertheless, Ziptangle recognises that modern slavery risks can exist in any supply chain. We therefore remain committed to reviewing and improving our approach to supplier oversight, risk management and responsible business practices.

Where appropriate, we expect suppliers and third-party partners to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, and to maintain appropriate standards to prevent forced labour, child labour and human trafficking within their own operations and supply chains.

Training and awareness

Ziptangle aims to promote awareness of modern slavery risks among relevant employees and teams. We encourage employees to report any concerns relating to modern slavery, human trafficking, exploitation or other unethical behaviour through appropriate internal channels.

We will continue to review whether further training or guidance is required as the business grows and as our supplier relationships evolve.

Monitoring and ongoing improvement

Ziptangle will continue to monitor its approach to modern slavery prevention and will review relevant policies, procedures and supplier management processes as appropriate.

We are committed to improving our practices over time and to maintaining a responsible and transparent approach to business.

Conclusion

Ziptangle has no cause to suspect that modern slavery or human trafficking is currently present within its business or supply chain, nor any evidence that it has been present in the past.

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement has been approved by the Board of Directors on 1st January, 2026.
