As ZipTangle’s Chief Barking Officer, Tommy brings a unique blend of charm, loyalty, and AI smarts to the ZT team. Whether it’s solving staff queries about ZUT rewards, answering tricky HR questions, or just wagging his virtual tail and telling jokes to brighten your day, Tommy is always on-call and never short of a helpful bark. Far more than a mascot, Tommy serves as the internal AI agent—quietly (but enthusiastically) powering up answers from the ZT knowledgebase to help team members across ZipTangle. Got a question about time off, benefits, or your latest reward balance? Tommy’s already fetching the answer. When he's not assisting the team, Tommy enjoys long simulated walks on the digital beach, chasing zeroes and ones, and keeping morale high across every department.
